April 29- May 2nd The letter focus is Y, we will learn about yaks. The number focus is 18 and we will learn to identify the number by sight. The Shape focus is pentagon and the color we will learn to spell and sing about is purple.
May 6th- May 9th The letter focus is Z, we will talk about zoos, zebras and zippers. The Number focus is 19. We will learn a new color song, orange. The shape focus is rectangle.
May 13-May 16. Alphabet review! We will review all the letters and their sounds. We will also review some of our favorite activities and games. We will make a craft that will encompass our year’s efforts. The number focus will be 20. We will review writing numbers 1-10 and review identifying numbers 1-30.
**May 20(Monday class) or May 21 (Tuesday class) Water day!! Please have your student come in clothes that can get wet, bathing suit or clothes appropriate for water fun. Please bring a towel too. We will have a water slide and wading pool. We will also discuss sun safety and pool safety for the upcoming summer.
**May 22nd (Wednesday class) or May 23 (Thursday class) there will be no school in the morning. We will have an end of the year program that evening. Program will begin at 6:30, please be sure to be prompt. Program will be roughly 15 minutes. Parents, siblings, grandparents are invited to attend. Audience and preschoolers will be rewarded with Eegees, if you would like to bring a goodie to share feel free to do so.
