Our afternoon class of three kids is combining with our morning class! It worked out best for everyone’s schedule. With the addition of the three kids we are gaining an assistant, Mrs. Robin! I am very excited with this new addition and feel it will enhance our schools functionality. A couple of things to note:
1) Now because we have an assistant Mrs. Lesley will greet the kids in the font Arizona room and direct the students to the preschool room where Mrs. Robin will help them with the attention activity. This will enable parents to do a quick drop off without having to go inside (if you would like to personally walk them into the back room you are still welcome to do that, but for those of you who have young ones in the car this will help with your transition time).
2) The front door greeting will begin at 8:55 and end at 9:05.
3) Pickup will be similar. We will bring the kids to the front Arizona room or front yard at 11:25, but no sooner because we want to maximize learning and play time. Any earlier than that you will need to come in to the preschool room.
Other things to note:
1) Show and tell is every Thursday. Check the schedule on line to know the theme or bring what you like!
2) Each child has a green folder to take home and bring back to class. Check the green folder to review your child's work and to get any new information. Please return the folder each class day.
