Happy New Year!

The kids did great their first week back after such a long break! We are continuing to work on the ASL alphabet and the children are starting to really pick it up. I c,an't wait to see their growth this coming semester!

Teacher

I grew up in Tucson and love the Sonoran desert. I graduated from the University of Arizona in 2000 with a communication degree with a minor in sociology. I have 5 children and opened a preschool in my home to teach them as well as other eager children. This is my 10th year teaching preschool. I have taught over 200 students. I genuinely love children and find their curiosity, acceptance and energy contagious. One of my passions is to see children reach their full potential and to have them understand their self worth. I love to coach children and youth in athletics to watch up close their personal growth. I teach with humor, funny songs, repetition, play, encouragement and student driven discovery. My goal is to help students feel at home with an environment that is fun, inclusive and a safe place to learn.
