March Curriculum

*No school on Thursday February 24^th for Rodeo Break.

March 1^st and 3^rd the Letter is R. We will discuss rainforests and rainbows and we will make rain sticks for our Tuesday craft. We will continue to talk about patterns and shapes.

March 8^th and 10^th the letter is S. We will discuss sailing and ships, there might even be a pirate or two. Numbers from 0-20 will be the focus.

March 15^th and 17^th we will discuss “cultures from around the world.” We will discuss children from many different cultures, including what they wear and what they eat. If you have an item from another country that your child could bring for our show and tell on Thursday this would be a great time to share.

March 22^nd and 24^th the letter is T. We will discuss teddy bears and telephones. Your child is encouraged to bring a teddy bear both days of preschool. We will discuss telephone manners and table manners , our teddy bears will help us.

March 29^th and 31^st the letter is U. We will discuss umbrellas and the concept of up. We will practice spacial activities of up and down, as well as, under and over.
